Functional characteristics

1.1 host

The mainframe uses a vertical structure. The upper end connection sensor is the fixed end, the lower end is loaded by the motor through the reducer to drive the force disc, and the torque is passed to the end of the torque to detect the torque through the sample loading. The loading system can be moved and fixed along the screw, which is used to adjust the test space.

1.2 transmission system

By adopting numerical control motors and actuators, the wide range speed continuous adjustment and uniform loading of the test process are ensured.

1.3 torque and twist angle detection

A high precision torque sensor can be used to measure the torque in two directions. The torsion angle is detected by a photoelectric encoder and the angle of the rotation is detected on the output axis to ensure the real and effective angle of display. Through the computer data acquisition and processing system, the sensor and encoder signal is displayed on the computer screen.

1.4 measurement control system:

The test force measurement control system is composed of high precision bidirectional symmetry torque sensor, measurement amplifier and A/D conversion, and the displacement measurement control system is composed of photoelectric encoder, frequency doubling shaping circuit, counting circuit and so on. Through various signal processing, the functions of computer control, data processing and display are realized.

1.5 test process

The whole test process adopts the Chinese man-machine dialogue mode of WINDOWS platform, using the window type operating system with graphical interface. The test parameters are input by the keyboard and the mouse operates the virtual button, and the whole test process is completed automatically. The screen displays torque, angular displacement, torque - angular displacement curve, and the working state of the tester.

The test results can be stored in the computer.

The A4 printer is used to print the test report.
