1. Tensile yield strength
Determined according to the requirements of GB/T8804.1-2003 and GB/T8804.2-2003
2. Hydrostatic test
Determined according to the provisions of GB/T61-203. The test temperature is 20 C, the test pressure is 4 times the nominal pressure and the holding time.
3. Drop hammer impact test
According to GB/T14152-2001, 10 specimens were selected. Each sample was impacted once. The D90 drop hammer was used. The weight of the drop hammer was 1 kg and the impact height was 1 m.
4. Ring stiffness test
Determined according to the provisions of GB/T9647-2003.
5. Flat test
According to GB/T9647-2003, the specimen is pressed to 50% of the original inner diameter to observe whether the specimen is cracked.
